Opportunity for an experienced Trust Accounts Administrator with a Hobart Real Estate Agency

Your new company
Hays Hobart are currently working with a well known Hobart Real Estate Agency who have an exciting opportunity for a Trust Accounts Administrator to join their team in the Hobart CBD on a full time permanent basis.

Your new role
As the Trust Accounts Administrator, you’ll be reporting into the Office Manager and will be responsible but not limited to;

  • Daily rent receipting
  • End of month processing and roll over
  • Creditor invoice payments
  • Process Reversals/Bounce backs/dishonours the same day
  • Daily Banking and reconciliations.
  • Deal with all accounts enquiries from Property Managers
  • Back up reception duties when required


What you'll need to succeed
You’ll have experience in a similar role ideally in the real estate or legal sector. You’ll also be;

  • Highly organised, accurate and have a high level of attention to detail
  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • Accurate data entry and work processing skills
  • High level of confidentially
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Rest and File Smart software
