Mandatory Requirements/Special Conditions

A ‘C' or ‘CA' class driver's license

Desirable

A current working knowledge of the Property Occupations Act 2014 would be highly regarded.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Property Officer working in the Real Estate Services you will be required to perform some or all of the following:

  • Provide high quality database administration for the sale of client property.
  • Conduct open house inspections that are consistent with the Public Trust Office's reputation for professional, ethical and transparent sale processes.
  • Provide high quality auctioneer assistant services in accordance with approved procedures and policies.
  • Assist the Manager, Real Estate Services and Principal Auctioneer to ensure risk and fraud controls specific to the sale of client Real Estate are monitored and managed effectively.
  • Identify opportunities, methods and innovations for improving database and program management
  • Continue to develop a working knowledge of Property Occupations Act and the Real Estate Services procedures and policies.
  • Manage multiple sale files concurrently and complete tasks within agreed timeframes.
  • Provide timely advice both written and orally to the Manager, Real Estate Services and Principal Auctioneer in relation to the sales and rental programs.
