Expanding Aged Care facility looking for motivated and enthusiastic Part Time HR Assistant to join our team.

The successful applicant will ideally have:

  • Advanced computer skills including MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel)

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently

  • Possess exceptional verbal & written communication skills with the ability to converse with the elderly

  • Good time management, organisational skills and ability to multi task

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Applicant will be assisting with:

  • Payroll & rostering

  • Managing W/C claims

  • General staff enquires

  • Attending internal meetings, typing meeting minutes and distribution of the minutes

Previous experience with Aged Care and Nurses Awards and Care Systems Paycare module would be desirable.

This is a part time position with minimum 20 hours per week. Applicant to be flexible with availability.
