Expanding Aged Care facility looking for motivated and enthusiastic Part Time HR Assistant to join our team.
The successful applicant will ideally have:
Advanced computer skills including MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel)
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Possess exceptional verbal & written communication skills with the ability to converse with the elderly
Good time management, organisational skills and ability to multi task
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Applicant will be assisting with:
Payroll & rostering
Managing W/C claims
General staff enquires
Attending internal meetings, typing meeting minutes and distribution of the minutes
Previous experience with Aged Care and Nurses Awards and Care Systems Paycare module would be desirable.
This is a part time position with minimum 20 hours per week. Applicant to be flexible with availability.
