We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Property Management Assistant to join our FANTASTIC & hardworking team.

This position has opened up and we are excited to be on the lookout for the perfect new fit.

Ray White Rockhampton City is a successful and leading Real Estate Agency, situated in the heart of Rockhampton’s CBD.

What makes our Agency run smoothly, successfully & efficiently is OUR TEAM!

To be successful in securing this role, we will not only be looking for someone who demonstrates the appropriate skill set, but an individual who’s attitude, vibe & potential contribution to the team speaks louder than their resume.

DAILY TASKS & DUTIES: 

  • Liaising with Tenants/Landlords/Contractors
  • Routine Inspections & Lease Renewals
  • Tenancy Agreement Preparations & Sign ups
  • Organising Repairs & Maintenance
  • Data Base & Arrears Management
  • Administration Support & Tasks 

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:

  • A professional and "helpful" attitude toward work with the ability to work under pressure.
  • A current QLD drivers licence
  • An exceptional work ethic & ability to work within a team environment.
  • Excellent computer knowledge
  • A high level of customer service skills
  • Well-presented with the ability to work independently and use initiative. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and record keeping skills
  • Willing to go above & beyond where necessary to support the team.

Not currently holding a Real Estate licence or possess very little to no experience in Property Management/Real Estate? Don’t Worry! We are encouraging applicants to apply if you’ve had administration experience or similar.
