Team Administrator - Perm, ASAP Start $60k + Super

We have a fantastic opportunity to join this ASX listed organisation on a permanent basis. Based in South Yarra, this role is a Team Administrator role which supports the wider business with general admin duties. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation with a supportive team culture. 

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3+ years working in a administration support role in an office environment.  

Duties include:

  • Project coordination 
  • Liaising with sub companies 
  • Archive officer, filing and mail.  
  • Manage and reconcile petty cash 
  • Maintaining and updating the CEO's Outlook contacts and business card files
  • Answering internal business inquiries line and delegating to appropriate staff 
  • Organising team training days 
  • Delivery of customer-orientated services with high level of communication

You must have strong intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office as well as a minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute.
