PRODUCT ADMIN ASSISTANT | 6M FTC | BRAS N THINGS | ALEXANDRIA

This is a diverse and fast paced role that would be perfect for a self-motivated individual who is looking to progress their career within the apparel industry.

The main responsibility of this role is to provide support and assistance to the business with admin for our international stores.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Assist Operations Manager with all admin associated with our international markets
  • Work with our China office to ensure our suppliers are compliant for all our international markets
  • Work with our packaging suppliers as required
  • Work across the business, for example with Marketing to ensure all packaging and labelling on garments is compliant in all markets we sell in
  • Ensure product execution is in line with Critical Path and therefore delivered to stores according to dates agreed in range reviews and confirmed by the buyer
  • Work closely with production department on critical path management
  • Management of samples as required
  • Provide CAD/Tech Pack creation support to Buyer or assistant buyer when/if required
  • Ensure the delivery schedule is up to date as required and distribute to the required team
  • Organise meetings and agendas for team as required
  • Work with the fit team and provide support as required

 To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Proven ability to work within deadlines combined with high levels of initiative
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexible attitude and thrive on change and challenge.
  • Innovative and creative mind, with an ability to grasp technical concepts and details.
  • Strong planning, coordinating and administration skills.
  • A background in the quality or the lingerie technical space would be an advantage
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
  • Strong written and verbal  communication skills
