Your new role
As part of the NAB Direct Servicing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and bringing your unique personality to every call. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls from personal customers about a range of enquiries from simple to more complex
  • Efficiently navigating through a variety of banking systems and tools
  • Identifying, addressing and resolving general inquiries from customers

This is a full time role working from Monday to Friday on a rotating roster with hours falling between 8am to 9pm Due to the ongoing nature of this role, you must have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency status.

What you'll need to succeed
You are encouraged to apply for this role if you have the following:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Demonstrated accuracy and efficiency with typing
  • A genuine passion to start a career in banking
  • Full availability to work full time hours, between 8am and 9pm on a rotating roster
