Wealth Management Associate

The Client Services Executive is responsible for providing excellent and high calibre client service to ensure a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive and timely support for the client, in a phone based environment
  • Proactively identify and cross sell additional products and services to existing clients
  • Take ownership for ensuring accurate client information is recorded in relevant internal systems
  • Escalate all client issues in a timely manner to appropriate levels to ensure a consistent high level of client service is maintained
  • Provide General Advice about Superannuation, Insurance or Investment Products

Key Requirements:

  • 1-2 years sales and service experience required, ideally in a retail financial services environment
  • Intermediate knowledge/experience of financial markets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline (Business, Finance, Economics)
