The Role
The role of the Service Interactions Consultant is to handle calls from customers experiencing a fault with their water and/or sewer. To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Enjoy engaging with customers
  • Be confident in how you speak to people and in making decisions
  • Be highly empathetic
  • Have great computer skills with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Experience in the Plumbing or Utilities industry is not essential but advantageous.

The Service Interactions Consultants will work full time Monday to Friday, and will need to be available to work 38 hours per week on a rotating roster, to be rostered between 8am and 7pm. You will need to be fully flexible and be able to work the shift allocated to you.

The Benefits

This role is classified as an Officer Level 1, starting at $44,141 plus a 10% superannuation contribution.
