Senior Recruitment Advisor | Full time | Perth

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Advisor to take the lead on managing the end to end recruitment process for leadership & specialist roles (non-Executive), whilst also having the skills and experience to provide support to the broader team who work in a high volume recruitment environment.

As the Senior Advisor, you will provide support to the Manager on a variety of process improvements and projects, as well as managing the Recruitment Advisors various portfolios whilst they are on leave. This role truly has variety!

Summary of the role

  • In the absence of the manager, take the lead in directing and coordinating the team’s activities
  • Build the capability of our broader stakeholders regarding recruitment, internal movements/redeployments, sourcing, immigration etc
  • Build recruiter capability, with a particular focus on improving hiring manager experience and candidate care
  • Source, develop and maintain critical talent pipelines  
  • Review, test and implement a variety of sourcing techniques to ensure we attract the best quality and within an appropriate timeline
  • Provide advice and training on the recruitment systems and processes to the team, and the broader business as required
  • Undertake full end to end recruitment process primarily for non-volume vacancies (non-executive level), however be prepared to run the full volume process when Advisors are on leave.

The Person

  • Volume recruitment experience ideally within mining or construction industries
  • Previous Experience managing leadership and specialist end to end recruitment
  • Experience in developing selection process, including competency based frameworks
  • Experience in developing recruitment strategies and resulting campaigns
  • Experience in building talent pools and a wide range of sourcing techniques
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing client relationships
