Administration Assistant

The Administration assistant will be responsible for completing ad-hoc administration tasks while supporting the Finance team. The company is a well know retail organisation in Kew. Kew is easy to get to via car or tram.

The Administration Assistant will be responsible for the support of a finance team with a well known organisation. This Administration Assistant position is a temporary opportunity which will go for 2 weeks starting tomorrow (14/06/2019). Excellent opportunity for a working holiday visa looking for a contract role.

Key duties:

  • Arrange for the distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Provide efficient, accurate and timely scanning for all incoming and outgoing documents
  • Supporting Finance team with all administration duties

Key requirements:

  • Experience of working in an office environment
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Proficient across the Microsoft Office suite
  • Efficiency and experience working with different database systems
