Administration Assistant

Who do we need?

To be considered for this position, you will have experience in an administrative/clerical role as well as customer service experience. 

It is also essential that you have a driver's licence. 

We are looking for a confident and well organised individual with the ability to demonstrate exceptional communication and time management skills.

What will you be doing?

In this role you will be providing administrative and clerical support to the fleet sales team. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaise with out fleet clients over the phone and face to face
  • Process orders received from fleet and dealership customers  
  • Generate and send purchase orders and invoices
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure a professional level of communication
  • Liaise closely with the Fleet team and assist with ad hoc duties when required
