Are you an experienced, bright and personable Administrator who has experience in being the face of the company as well as in bookkeeping and you're looking to take the next step in your career? Then look no further, as Woods & Co are on the hunt for someone to join this team right away!
Based in the South Eastern suburbs, they are a full service commercial and property law firm.
What do you do? 
  • Monitor emails.
  • Meet & greet visitors.
  • Manage calendars.
  • Prepare & amend documents & correspondence.
  • Heavily involved in client liaison.
  • Record timesheets on LEAP (when requested).
  • Accounts receivable & payable.
  • Run fortnightly employee payroll.
  • Bank reconciliations for office and trust bank accounts.
  • Input creditor invoices into Xero and make payments as directed.
  • Run weekly reports on staff performance, invoices & debtors, work in progress and end of month.
What do you need:  
  • Experience working in a similar role is a must.
  • Superior organisational skills are imperative.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbally.
  • Experience using LEAP.
  • Advanced experience using Xero.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • A bright & personable personality.
  • Time management skills.
  • The ability to work with others and autonomously.
  • Excellent presentation.
What’s in it for you: 
  • $50-65K including super, however flexible for the right person.
  • Monday – Friday (business hours) 9.00am to 5.30pm or part time 9.30am to 3.00pm.
