Meet and greet patients and clients
Answer phone calls, take messages and return calls in a timely manner
Perform general ad hoc tasks
Ordering office supplies
Assist in rostering staff
Data Entry
Filing paper work
Provide top quality customer service

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in the medical industry is required
A true passion to work in this industry
Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
Ability to be well presented at all times
Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
Experience in a similar role is highly regarded
Good data entry/admin skills

A CLEAR POLICE CHECK, COMPLETED AT YOUR OWN COST
