Client Services Officer - Investor Relations

A unique, busy and varied position exists for an outgoing and experienced customer service person with a finance, banking or professional services background.

Key aspects of your new role will include

  • Contacting investors 6 monthly to update details
  • Accurately maintaining and updating the CRM system
  • Attending to investor queries
  • Sending out electronic statements
  • Processing investor applications

Our ideal applicant will have at least 2 years experience in a similar role and must be a positive and proactive person with a friendly and warm disposition. You should have a passion for providing high levels of customer service and ensuring that client information is 100% accurate. We require a person with a keen eye for detail and very strong written and verbal communication skills.

Your proven and stable track record within a similar sector and role will stand you in good stead. Your resume should include at least 2 professional, contactable referees. We are unable to accept phone calls in relation to this position.
