About the role

 

This role will be based on Reception and provide administrative support to the leadership team and wider business. This is a great opportunity for an experienced switched on receptionist who wants to take that next move into office management/EA.

This role is part time 25 hours a week Monday to Friday. 

Day to day some of your main duties will include:

  • Provide assistance to the GM and Finance Manager as required
  • General office duties, e.g. maintenance of all office equipment, continuity of office support services, and ordering of office stationery/supplies and kitchen supplies.
  • Filing and scanning of documents
  • Answering all incoming calls
  • First point of contact for all visitors
  • Distribution of incoming mail, management of outgoing mail
  • Assisting with the implementation and administration of Quality and OHS system and processes
  • Provide assistance to the GM and Finance Manager as required
  • General office duties, e.g. maintenance of all office equipment, continuity of office support services, and ordering of office stationery/supplies and kitchen supplies.

  • Distribution of incoming mail, management of outgoing mail

  • Well-developed clerical/administrative skills
  • Willingness to work in a team environment, including a preparedness to assist colleagues to achieve deadlines when the need arises

  • An ability to make recommendations on areas for improvement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced computing skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
