Based in Truganina, we are excited to be working with this growing business to find a data entry clerk / administration officer specialist to join their team.

The Role
Responsibilities include sales order entries, coordinating client queries or referring to appropriate department/personal, and administrative tasks and support. Reporting to the Senior Sales Support Manager, this role will work alongside the sales team and be a critical team member contributing towards the success of the business performance.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a technically skilled and experienced administrative professional, who is able to work effectively in a team environment as well as being motivated and capable of working autonomously.
  • Proven experience providing high-quality data entry.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with high volume data entry and prioritising your daily tasks to meet deadlines.
  • A friendly and professional manner.
