About the role:

The purpose of this role is to advise, support and facilitate Strategy and Business Planning activities across the Endeavour Foundation organisation to help shape future strategy and identify opportunities aligned to the Purpose, Mission and Business Strategy.

This role is responsible for the annual strategic/business planning process, business case/investment development, benefits tracking/performance monitoring and project management support to a broad range of internal stakeholders across the organisation. Duties will include:

  • Facilitate Endeavour Foundation strategic plan development, enhancement and review.
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources to define and distil our strategic direction, potential impact, approaches and key priority initiatives.
  • Work with key stakeholders such as General Managers and Operations Managers in developing an operational plans, business cases and project plans that aligns with the strategic plan and vision.
  • Collaborate with the enabling functions and senior leaders in framing their objectives, initiatives and plans
  • Implement quarterly business review process and use evidence based data to measure performance against key indicators.
  • Play key role in supporting and leading management review of key milestones and progress around execution of strategic plans.
  • Support the development of a workforce plan aligned with strategy and product portfolio business plans, consistent with Endeavour Foundation's desired employee experience.
  • Contribute to and support the annual planning and budgeting processes.
  • Partner with continuous improvement to ensure frameworks are aligned and enable the business in a consistent manner.
  • Complete strategic market analysis and opportunity review for emerging initiatives that drive innovation and growth, as needed and directed
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure Commercial and Core customer needs, wants and values are considered relative to all strategic recommendations.

About you:  

  • Bachelor's degree or similar with focus on business specialisation preferred.
  • Relevant tertiary or management qualifications.
  • Extensive demonstrated experience in strategic planning or similar roles at complex for-profit or not-for profit organisation.
  • Data-driven with demonstrated success in developing and using financial analysis, data and metrics to drive business decisions and influence outcomes.
  • Strategic thinker, with experience developing strategic and operational plans that drive success within complex environments
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis approaches and tools to drive strategic business insight

Before commencing with Endeavour Foundation you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History check and  hold or be willing to obtain a positive notice from Disability Services (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue card).
