An immediate start is available for experienced and self-motivated call centre staff. Full time and part time.

Your new company
Our client is a large scale Public Sector Organisation based in Townsville.

Your new role
This role is a temporary contract for 3 months with high likelihood of extension.

As a specialist in customer care working in a call centre; your role will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Managing incoming calls
  • Responding to email queries in a general service inbox
  • Transferring calls to relevant departments
  • Ensuring data integrity and enrichment
  • Liaising with internal and external agencies
  • Calendar management
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in obtaining this role, you will possess the following technical skills and personal attributes:

  • MUST have previous experience in Call Centre Customer Service
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Kind and patient demeanour
  • Self-motivated
  • Able to commit to the full 12 week assignment length
  • Available immediately
  • Current driver's license
  • Able to provide or pass a current Australian Background Check
  • Australian Citizenship
