Where you will be working

 

Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) spans 125,243 square kilometers across southern New South Wales, stretching from the Snowy Mountains in the east, to the plains of Hillston in the northwest and all the way along the Victorian border. 

 

As the largest employer in the region, with over 5,000 healthcare staff working across 33 hospitals and 12 primary health care centers, we are also supported by hundreds of volunteers who together with our staff make an invaluable contribution to enriching the lives of people in our care.

What you will be doing

 

The Recruitment Officer provides a range of recruitment activities providing a timely, accurate and accountable service to MLHD managers and staff.

 


 
Selection Criteria
Applicants are not expected to respond to the selection criteria for this position, however will be required to respond to the following targeted questions:
    
  • High level communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in liaising with multiple key stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service

  • High level capabilities in the use of software packages e.g. Microsoft and other processing systems such as HRIS and payroll systems.

  • Demonstrated experience working within a team and skills in participation and flexibility
