Direct Brands Distributors are an independent wide range wholesaler of international products. Our aim is to source each product from the producer in its country of origin. We guarantee the quality and supply of all our products along with our professionalism in both customer service and delivery.

With recent growth within the business we are looking for a Experienced "Self-Starter" to fill our newly created Office Allrounder Position in our small but vibrant and energetic team based in Kewdale.

This role will commence as a Part Time Casual Role of approximately 24 hours per week and Annual Leave Coverage (Full time hours will apply at these times) with possible view to Permanent in the future. 

You will be required to work 2 to 4 days per week, Monday to Wednesday preferred. Flexible working times.

IMMEDIATE START REQUIRED !

The main duties of this role will be Reception | Data Entry | Order Processing | Accounts and also any adhoc duties that arise so you will require some Administration experience also.

  • At least 3 years previous Experience in an Office Role
  • Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Excel (Essential)
  • Microsoft Navision Experience (Desirable)
  • Excellent Communication Skills and Phone Manner
  • Excellent written and numerical skills with high attention to detail
  • A current driver's license

You MUST be able to cover all Annual Leave (which may be during school holidays) to be considered for this role so please only apply if this is suitable.
