About the role:

This role is a great opportunity to showcase your strong administrative skills.The role is a residential role in Karratha on a 5:2 roster from 7am to 3:30pm for a 4 week contracted role.

To succeed in the role:

  • Strong computer skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Creating PO, service orders and entries
  • Mobilizing and demobilizing high volumes of contractors and staff to and from remote fly in fly out mine sites
  • Flights, Accommodation, Qualification check, Induction, Logistics
  • Point of contact for contractors
  • On boarding enquires
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders 
  • SAP profile update
  • Previous experience within Rio Tinto is a must or previous mining experience
  • Proficiency is MS office and outlook
  • Experience in SAP preferred, accounts and business administration.
  • Attention to detail and process improvement orientated.
