Head Baker

Stix Catering group is an industry multi award winning leader providing a diverse range of catering services including high-end airline catering, in-house corporate boardroom services, in-house café services, tailored corporate and private events, restaurant interests and produce farming.

We are currently seeking an experienced Head Baker with a good work ethic to join our growing team in a full time capacity. 

Reporting and working directly with our world class fine dining Executive Pastry Chef, the key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and developing new products & recipes
  • Baking sourdoughs, baguettes, fruit bread and a wide variety of breads
  • Communicate and lead the overnight baking team 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a similar position.
  • Attention to detail and consistency 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • The necessary trade qualifications.
