About the role

 

You will work alongside an experienced Director and manage a local and clean portfolio. There is a full time Leasing and BDM and full Administration support also.  This department will continue to grow around this role; if you are looking to step into a Leadership/Team Leader and even Department Head role in the future then this is the role for you! 

Working with the Director you will responsible to esnure the rent roll is serviced correctly and as the department grows (which it is quickly due to their excellent reputation) then the team will grow around you. Such a rare and exciting position!!

Skills and experience

 

  • Ideally you will have at least 1 years experience in Property Management
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A strong attention to detail
  • Be a Team Player and a positive person 
  • Agents Representative Certificate and recent Police Check
  • Full Driving Licence and reliable car
