Marketing Coordinator

The Role

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the execution and delivery of various offline marketing communications, including TV advertorials, print, collateral, customer communications and promotional material for assigned brands.
 
They are responsible for ensuring all material and campaigns are produced to drive quality and cost efficient leads into the call centre while maintaining a seamless brand journey for the customer. They will take direction from the Marketing Communications Manager and will be required to work closely with internal stakeholders, agencies and other 3rd parties to ensure consistency, accuracy, effectiveness and value of all creative/content.


To be successful in this role you need to have:

  • 3+ Years marketing communications experience, particularly working with offline channels such as TV, Advertorials, Print, Direct Mail.
  • Marketing Degree (preferred) or Marketing Diploma
  • Highly-developed organisational skills and motivated to proactively achieve results
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills, including copywriting skills, as well as a high attention to detail
  • Experience working with various stakeholders including in-house designers, agencies and senior management
  • Strong work initiative, creativity and ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to work autonomously but also contribute to broader team
  • Well-developed analytical and MS Excel skills 

Desirable:

  • Experience in financial services marketing preferred (but not essential)
  • Experience with direct marketing principles
