Recruitment Consultant

Extrastaff is a leader in the provision of recruitment services across temporary, contract and permanent placement disciplines. 100% Australian owned and part of the NSW Business Chamber's Australian Business Solutions Group, our Moorabbin Branch continues to succeed in providing recruitment services to the Industrial and Professional sectors.

We are looking for a Consultant to work full time within our well-established branch. You will work closely with our team to ensure the highest quality service requirements are achieved.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Permanent recruitment activity
  • Developing new business
  • Interviewing to maintain an adequate candidate database including the required compliances and on-boarding process
  • Account Management
  • Updating candidate and client WHS requirements

We are looking for someone with Industrial recruitment experience, ideally with some exposure to permanent recruitment. You will be able to work in a high volume environment and be able to think on your feet.

With attention to detail, you will also have a flair for relationship building, good communication and persuasion skills and be well organised.
