CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) Trainers

Our client runs two very reputable Aged Care Facilities and have asked Patrick Careers Academy to deliver training on site for new and existing staff

You will need to have a background as a registered nurse, enrolled nurse or aged carer  with current industry experience and qualifications in the Aged Care field. 


The ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, a commitment caring for some of the most vulnerable citizens in our society, have an understanding of adult learning principles, along with sound industry skills.   Knowledge of the relevant industry training package(s) combined with an understanding of the VET sector and AQTF guidelines is required.

Qualifications

Applicants must have qualifications and industry experience and as a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

Part-time positions

The positions are part-time, up to 4 days per week classroom teaching to deliver a whole course to a group of learners and would involve work place assessment on site

Locations

The training venues are close to public transport and have car parking available. Training will be conducted during business hours primarily in St George area

Fees

Fee scale and contract to be negotiated. High level training presentation skills required.
