You have good results completing all bookkeeping functions in-house and helping businesses grow profitably. You’re good at keeping the books up to date with accurate reports ready for external accountants.

You’ll combine your good results in accounts/ bookkeeping and take on a more diverse role so you can contribute on a wider level to see the team and business achieve their productivity and growth targets.

You’ll be responsible for everything from payroll for 10-20 staff, producing accurate reports on time, accounts payable, cashflow forecasting, tax & super payments through to completing BAS in-house and overseeing debt collection which will mostly be completed by another team member.

You will also help with improving any inefficiencies, completing backlogs and anything that will result in the office and team running more smoothly and producing even more.

You’ll also help with rolling out of office procedures, onboarding of staff, administration and taking the initiative to support the team to be on track with achieving the results of their roles.

Located in Osborne Park, Lifewood is an award winning, luxury flooring brand established in 2002.

We are the market leader in the supply and installation of Bamboo, Australian timbers and French Oaks to residences, and major commercial and multi-residential building projects. We design, manufacture our very own range of patented premium floorboards.

We use MYOB Exo and whilst we do not expect you to know this already, we would expect that you will get up to speed if you are not already familiar. Full training on any HR/Hiring responsibilities will be provided and there is opportunity for further training in this field for the right person.
