About the role

We are currently seeking a Digital Content & Website Specialist for our Consumer Business Group. In this role you will be part of a growing team which ensures exceptional execution of brand promise and brand voice across 3M's Consumer Business Group brand (e.g. Scotch® Brand, Post-it® Brand, Command™ Brand etc.). Specifically, in this role you will be mainly responsible for website management, content marketing, digital product content management and marketing automation on Consumer Business Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop content strategy, working with the wider marketing team, based on deep understanding of the consumer journey
  • Collaborate across marketing and Consumer Business Group, proactively looking to develop the best solution with expertise available
  • Manage website maintenance
  • Oversee and ensure accuracy of product information on owned assets, as well as partner websites
  • Closely monitor analytics and content performance to recommend future enhancements
  • Keyword research and content ideation tools like SEMrush or others
  • Measure SEO success through leading indicators like rank tracking, and through business KPIs like traffic and revenue
  • Be an advocate of brand guidelines and standards.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience
  • 2+ years in website maintenance, publishing and optimising content
  • Experience in generating reports across: Web, Social, EDM
  • Project management experience
  • Writing / Content Creation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Strong influencing skills and analytical skills
  • Experience working with HTML and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
