This Well know Agency is seeking a Marketing/Admin person that would love to be part of something truly amazing. Use your marketing skills and start your Real Estate career today. You will be trained from the start so your experience can be minimal.  

The Role:

Your hours of work will be from Mon - Fri, Welcoming new people into the office and handling the incoming enquiries. The role will also involve administration & Marketing skills with your love for customer care and organisation. We are looking for someone who radiates confidence and who is warm that can make our staff & clients feel at home.  
  • Meeting & Greeting clients
  • New marketing ideas
  • Computer Savvy and social media focused 
  • Answering all phone enquiries 
  • General support in Admin/Marketing and Sales support
  • Handle Mail in going and outgoing 
  • Filing and organising, enjoy being organised 
The Candidate:
  • Enjoy working with people 
  • Polished and well presented 
  • Ability to create efficient systems and
    then stick to them
  • Must have Agents Rep certificate or willing to obtain
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Enjoy organising and be being the front person
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Social media experience would be preferred but not necessary
