Accounts Administrator – Part Time

  • Immediate start available
  • Temporary position - up to 3 months
  • Osborne Park location – 3 days per week
Western Work Force is an Australian owned recruitment company and are a market leader in providing temporary, contract and permanent staffing solutions across various industry sectors.

Due to an increase in work load we are looking to appoint the services of an Accounts Administrator to assist our accounts team for 3 days per week on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have Accounts /Bookkeeping and some Payroll experience and be competent with MYOB accounting system. An immediate start is available.

Main duties will include:
  • Matching supplier invoices with the purchase orders
  • Prepare supplier invoices for payment
  • Add/Update employee information in MYOB for payroll
  • Assist with Payroll entries
  • Raising invoices
  • General accounting and book-keeping duties
  • General administrative duties
  • Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
To be considered for this position, you will need:
  • Previous experience in Accounts/Book-Keeping and Payroll
  • Be highly competent and experienced with MYOB accounting system
  • Be able work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Display excellent communication skills
  • Be able to work to deadlines
  • Have good PC and general administration skills
