Branch Manager - Recruitment Industry

Rexco People are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Industry professional to manage and grow our Victorian office, based in Notting Hill. This role will involves managing our existing client base and converting new client opportunities with an established team of Recruitment Consultants. You role is key in leading the team and developing the businesses growth.

The successful candidate will have high end recruitment experience along with solid employer networks, contacts and labour market knowledge.

The key duties of this role include:

  • Growing the labour hire hours and perm placements
  • Business development and employer networking
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase business levels
  • Managing a team of experienced staff and supporting them to deliver a service that exceeds the expectations of our clients
