Mamamia, Australia's premier women's media network is looking for a Campaign Implementation Executive to join our commercial team. 

Supporting the Implementation and Sales team, the person in this role will work with key internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute branded content solutions for our commercial partners, while providing administration support to the broader team.

About the role

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to plan, coordinate and monitor the execution of branded content campaigns

  • Conduct thorough post campaign reporting and analysis on all branded content, providing performance delivery data

  • Track and monitor progress of live campaigns, brainstorm and implement solutions in order to maintain maximum results

  • Liaise with the Mamamia Sales team and media agencies regarding campaign deliverables

  • Event Management - Podcast Live Shows, Sales Popups

  • Work closely with sales team and assist them in preparing client schedules and presentations

  • Manage campaign integration product budgets

  • Negotiate with and manage writers and talent

  • Organise relevant sales led activities such as client meetings, presentations, sales conferences, WIPS

  • Occasional interstate travel 


About you

  • One year experience in a similar role, digital media or media agency highly regarded

  • High level project management skills

  • Tertiary qualifications in Media and Communications (or similar)

  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills

  • Outstanding attention to detail

  • Ability to balance competing deadlines and priorities effectively

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Goal orientated and solution focused driven to meet or exceed project objectives

  • Works collaboratively,takes initiative and is proactive within their role

  • Intermediate Computer skills, familiarity with project management tools are highly regarded but not necessary
