Medical Receptionist | Penrith Location

  • Full time 1 month cover
  • Must have experience with GEENIE
  • Penrith Location - free parking + walking distance to public transport

Our client is seeking a dedicated, passionate and experienced medical receptionist who is available to start from the 24th of August and work until the 24th of September.

Client Details

We require a driven and vibrant medical receptionist to work for a fast-paced practice in Penrith.

Description

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience with GENIE software is a must
  • Has worked as a receptionist position or in a similar role
  • Is available for full time work
  • Is well presented and has good communication skills
  • Has full working rights in Australia

Duties:

  • Manage the front desk reception area with exceptional customer service
  • Assist with admin duties such as filing and compiling paperwork
  • Updating patient records
  • Managing incoming calls, resolving queries and directing calls to the pracitioners
  • Operating all customer contact through GENIE
