This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Accountant to build their knowledge in the area of Self Managed Superannuation and Corporate Compliance while providing support to BGL clients.
You will be responsible for handling client queries in a timely manner while working toward daily individual and team KPIs providing a high level of quality support. You will also have the opportunity to participate in Product Training and Testing for the software platforms.
Some customer service experience would be highly valuable as you will be working in a fast-paced customer service environment. In addition, you will have exceptional time management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
You’ll be comfortable making a high volume of calls on a daily basis and have a can-do attitude with an eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
