Project Manager job - Work for a growing commercial builder - new builds and refurbs up to $2m in value

Your new company
This growing commercial builder is based near Gosford with work on the Central Coast, Sydney, and Newcastle. As they expand, they are currently seeking an energetic Project Manager to join their team in a full-time permanent role, managing projects up to $2m in value.

Your new role
Working as a Project Manager, responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team including CA's, Site Managers and Foremen
  • Managing cash flow and cost reporting
  • Managing contracts including negotiating with trades
  • Overseeing QA and WHS
  • Project programming and scheduling


What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate you’ll have:

  • Prior commercial project management experience
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • You must also have excellent interpersonal skills with clients and contractors
  • A Bachelor of Construction Management (advantageous)
