About Your Role

We are looking for engaging, motivated and passionate people to come and join us. You may be an experienced support worker or someone that is thinking of a career change into the disability sector.

To become part of the Kirinari team we are looking for applicants who are:

  • Willing to support customers across a 24 hour, 7 day a week roster cycle.
  • Willing to work shift work, including regular sleepovers, weekends, public and school holidays which can assist you to meet your work/life balance needs.


Our DSW’s are responsible for the day to day support of our customers, this ranges from support within shared accommodation, domestic and personal assistance and support with accessing community access.

Successful applicants will possess resilience, self-confidence and a willingness to engage customers with various backgrounds and needs. You will need to have strong communication skills and an ability to develop positive relationships with customers and actively support their individual needs in line with their NDIS goals.

A wage will be negotiated with the successful applicant dependent on their qualifications and experience. *Salary packaging is available to Full-time and Part-time employees.
