This is an exciting role where you can build upon your administrative and sales support skills. A dynamic role that will see you manage the full order cycle from start through to delivery, in addition to providing administrative support to the Sales Managers and liaising with multiple sites, suppliers, and customers nationwide and internationally. 

Daily responsibilities will typically include:-
  • Following up and answering customers' sales and product queries via email and phone
  • Quoting on spare parts
  • Processing orders in the database (Visual Accounting System)
  • Allocating contract numbers
  • Monitoring order cycle and liaising/updating all relevant parties and system
  • Overseeing the delivery process
  • Arranging inspections when required
  • Checking all invoices and liaising with the accounting team 
  • Filing of contract folders
  • Managing all relevant email inboxes 
  • Set excellent customer service standards
  • Adhere to company Quality & WHS systems and policies and procedures such as authority levels.
This dynamic role is fast-paced, with a large product range and a diverse customer base. Therefore this role will ideally suit an individual who has high attention to detail, takes ownership of their work, are organised, proactive and come with strong time management and communication skills. 3 years relevant / similar experience required.
