Support Team Leader

Astute Payroll is a cloud-based software platform that aims to automate and simplify the management of complex workforces. Our solution includes Employee Self Service, Payroll, Invoicing and Reporting modules, and is widely used in the recruitment and apprentice/trainee sectors.

We recently celebrated 10 years as a multi award-winning business and continue to build great partnerships with clients across Australia and New Zealand. Our newly renovated office is in the heart of the Melbourne CBD and offers a modern and laid-back vibe. Team culture is one of our biggest priorities, providing an environment where we work hard but also have a lot of fun together.

The Role

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Support Team Leader. Our previous Team Leader decided to take up scuba diving in Mexico, leaving an opportunity for a talented and energetic Payroll expert to come in and lead our hard working, young, vibrant team. 

We’re looking for someone who can champion the support team and customers alike, by nurturing relationships and seeking out efficient solutions. You’re mature, calm and approachable, and understand the balance between working hard and having a bit of fun. Previous experience in Payroll and a Team Lead level role is preferred, with bonus points for exposure to cloud technology and SaaS.
