Group Quality Systems Coordinator

About the role 

Reporting to the Group Technical and Compliance Manager, this role is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of group quality databases to ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, Company and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Updating and maintaining the internal audit program across the group;
  • Assisting with the management of third-party audit programs;
  • Ensuring quality systems are accurate across the group;
  • Ensuring all supplier information and documentation is recorded and complaint; and
  • Daily and monthly regarding quality matters across the group.

About you

You will be an experienced and passionate Quality Systems Coordinator, proactive in your approach and eager to hit the ground running.

Additionally, you will have:

  • Completed a tertiary qualification in either Quality Assurance, Food Science or a related discipline; 
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a FMCG is highly regarded;
  • Understanding of HACCP, auditing and quality system frameworks;
  • Understanding of proven RCA processes, NCR and complaint management processes;
  • Understanding of Australian import and export legislation, South East Asia importing country requirements, ACCC requirements and application, and exposure to USFDA requirements;
  • Ability to manage and prioritise competing demands across a range of activities; and
  • Strong commercial acumen.
