We are looking for an experienced marketing/administration assistant who can contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of our administrative operations.

If you enjoy working with business customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes, you could be the person we are looking for.

Role: Marketing/Administration Assistant. This is a permanent part-time position Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 8.00 to 4.30pm, and involves; answering incoming phone calls, supporting the Marketing Manager, taking and entering sales orders, responding to customer queries, data entry, monitoring website inquiries and assisting with general office duties.

•             Have a current full driver’s licence

Work Hours:

Office operating hours are from 8.00am to 4.30pm, Mondays to Friday. This position is Part Time (3 days, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday).
