Uniting Ballarat is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our community access team in the role of Integrated Family Services Case Manager based in Ballarat, with travel to Ararat

About you

Uniting’s integrated family Services team is looking for a motivated self-starter that has the compassion and understanding of our most vulnerable community members.

Uniting is looking for people with qualifications that may include Diploma of Community services, AOD, Mental Health and counselling and with a strong background in case management.
