Since its formation 10 years ago, The Civic Group has provided corporate affairs and communications advice to a diverse mix of government, private sector and not-for-profit clients.
ABOUT THE ROLE
A strategic and creative thinker, the successful applicant will be expected to assist with developing and executing communications strategies as well as supporting new business initiatives in our health practice.
This role would suit a resourceful individual with a background in strategic communications, public affairs and social media. Excellent time-management skills and the ability to analyse and distil complex matters into clear and effective advice is a must.
You will have gained experience working in communications role/s in the medical technology, health or pharmaceutical industry and clearly understand the health sector’s regulatory environment. An excellent writer, you pay attention to detail and are accustomed to drafting web copy, media materials and campaign collateral.
Proven stakeholder management and media relations skills and an understanding of government processes would also be well regarded.
Lastly, you will have a relevant degree, be deadline focused and able to work autonomously as required.
