An opportunity exists for an energetic, switched on administrator/ customer service officer to join this fast pased financial planning practise, providing support to client and planner alike.
Working with a practice that represents one of Australia’s largest dealer groups and working with a substantial, diverse and well-established client base, we are looking to appoint a dedicated candidate with previous experience within the finance sector in either an administration or customer service role.
To be successful in this role you will have;
- Previous administration/customer service experience
- Utilised databases / CRM's previously
- A personable nature, and the ability to interact with differing clients and their needs
- Experience working with a financial institution will be favorable
Responsibilities for this role include;
- Customer Service including: answering calls and tending to all client questions and issues, client interaction and diary/appointment management.
- Office Administration involving: Lodgement of new business, CRM management – managing rollover etc, scanning of documents, following up of outstanding rollovers, management of stationery needs and other ad hoc duties as required
- Marketing Campaigns: request listings from client database, manage issuing of monthly review letters, assist with seminars and functions and mailouts including half yearly newsletters and other regular contact.
- Database management: Maintenance of Client Database, filing and management of void client files
- Assisting planners and managers with any other ad hoc duties as required.
