About the role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Service / Social Media Star to join the SACHA DRAKE team in our Head Office in Woolloongabba. Working within a small, collaborative team you will play a key role by providing exceptional frontline customer service across all platforms. Building and growing relationships with both inbound phone customers and online customers is paramount whilst constantly striving to reach your sales targets.

About you

You will have impeccable customer service skills where exceeding the customer's expectations is key.  You will have passion for fashion, be computer savvy and comfortable working in an e-commerce platform.

This role will suit a talented and organised Customer Service / Sales driven individual with a strong retail sales background and an interest in social media.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and online social media platforms
  • Building relationships with customers across all platforms
  • Assisting with all Social Media content and planning
  • Processing of orders and returns
  • Achieving sale targets
  • Weekly sales reporting
  • Reception front desk & general administration duties

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

  • Two years experience in a Fashion Retail Customer Service role
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
  • A good understanding of social media platforms; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.
  • Strong time management, multi-tasking skills, positive can do attitude
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills - photoshop will be advantageous!
