Sales Specialist - Valves

Callidus Process Solutions (Sales) a division of Pon Group specializes in Sales of valves, actuators, and instrumentation. Our goal is customer satisfaction achieved through Valve Supply, highly capable employees and commitment to service.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a close knit team and thrives working within a successful business. You will receive on going support from your Manager who wants to see you succeed as much as you do! 

Due to an expansion, we require additional Sales Specialists with prior valve experience.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Taking incoming sales queries
  • Review scope definition and project specifications
  • Working with customer to find suitable solutions and products to suit their needs
  • Providing sales quotations and technical/commercial proposals to customers
  • Processing orders and expediting activities
  • Maintaining regular contact with suppliers and customers
  • Maintain customer relationships; participate in client meetings as required.

To be Successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a sales or purchasing role
  • Industry knowledge preferably in valves, fittings or flanges
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Sound communication skills with high attention to detail
  • A keen willingness to learn and develop your skills
  • System knowledge and experience: Excel, Word, Office 365, Project
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

The successful candidate will be required to meet our pre-employment criteria including drug and alcohol screening prior to an offer of employment being made.
