Our client specialises in online property mortgage financing, a first for Australia which will change the landscape of the mortgage industry. 

This is a unique opportunity to take leadership in establishing the Credit Team from scratch. If you are someone who thrives on setting up processes and procedures, team leadership (down the track) and if you're seeking a position where you can really make difference, look no further!

The main responsibilities  will include:
  • Implementing and creating credit policies and procedures
  • Assessing and approving home loan applications within the DLA focusing on credit risk and compliance within regulatory guidelines
  • Understand the needs of stakeholders
  • As the credit team grows, you will be recruiting, training and mentoring new staff members
To be considered for this role you must have:
  • At least 3-5 years experience in the Bank sector
  • Held a DLA
  • Be a self starter who is motivated to work autonomously without direction
  • Have a strong aptitude towards verification and decision making
  • Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
