Membership Officer
Our client is a national membership and educational not-for-profit organisation in the Health industry.  They are seeking a motivated and friendly person with top communication skills to manage their memberships and assist with the coordination of national wide events. 

Specific tasks include:
  • Handling phone & email membership enquiries
  • Updating & maintaining the membership database
  • Maintaining the online event registrations
  • Processing new memberships & subscription applications
  • Managing membership invoicing and renewals
  • Promoting benefits and services to members
  • Printing certificates
  • Providing admin support for branch events and annual conference eg invitations, RSVP’s etc
  • Attending interstate events assisting with delivery of these events
  • Ad hoc general admin duties
To be successful in this role you will need to have top communication and organisational skills and be computer literate (MS Word & Excel). You must have previous experience in an office environment along with a proven ability to work independently.

The position will commence immediately as a temp assignment with an hourly rate up to $30.00ph + Super with the opportunity to become permanent employment with a salary up to $60,000 + Super (negotiable depending on experience).  Hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm.  Training will be provided.
