Participation Officer

About the role

Use your energy to promote and develop a culture of Cricket in schools. You will support the delivery of Cricket Blast programs and encourage participation into clubs. You will deliver programs and provide operational support to school ambassadors and casual staff.


This permanent, full-time role services the North Queensland region and is based in Townsville.

Essential qualities

  • You bring passion and energy to engage and influence many different people
  • You are great at organising and planning your own work
  • You work well within a diverse team environment
  • You can think outside the square

Desirable qualities

  • An understanding of the sports industry
  • Prior experience working with children
  • An appreciation for the Big Bash League
