Digital Marketing Manager

The Role

You’ll be responsible for the implementation of our digital marketing strategy, developing creative solutions that drive our online demand generation efforts.

Reporting to the Marketing & Brand Manager, the role forms part of our Marketing, Insights & Technology (MIT) division. You’ll be supported by the MIT team which is made up of digital and communications coordinators, developers, data analysts and graphics personnel. You will also be working closely with external agencies, responsible for obtaining optimal results from all digital vendors.

You will be measured on the quantity and quality of digitally obtained leads as well as your ability to optimise campaign performance to meet strategic business objectives.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Own and optimise all digital marketing assets
  • Reporting and analysis of key digital data to maximise ROI
  • Management and optimisation of all PPC and social media campaigns
  • Continual search engine optimisation efforts
  • Manage UX and functionality improvement projects for digital platforms including websites, apps & client portals

The Candidate

To be successful you will demonstrate:

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing and/or communications related discipline
  • At least 4 years’ experience within a digital marketing role with a focus on PPC, SEO and SEM plus at least 1 year in a management role
  • Proven experience in the design, measurement and optimisation of PPC campaigns
  • Experience in omni-channel digital campaign management
  • Experience managing agencies and outsourced vendors of digital services
  • Excellent project management skills

Whilst not essential; a working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Kentico CMS and inbound marketing principles will also be highly regarded.

This is a 12-month contract however subsequent contract extension and permanency options will be considered for the right applicant.
